Fa Cup Chelsea Vs Leicester City

Chelsea Snatch Dramatic Victory in FA Cup Thriller

Twice in added time, Blues secure quarterfinal berth

Chelsea Football Club

Chelsea FC produced a remarkable comeback in the FA Cup quarterfinal, scoring twice in stoppage time to defeat Leicester City 3-2 in a pulsating encounter at Stamford Bridge. The Blues, who looked destined for an upset defeat, rallied to secure their passage to the last four.

The Foxes took an early lead through Harvey Barnes, who capitalized on a defensive error to slot the ball past Kepa Arrizabalaga. Chelsea responded with a stunning equalizer from Hakim Ziyech, but Leicester regained the advantage just before the break when Kelechi Iheanacho converted a penalty.

As the game entered its dying moments, Chelsea threw everything they had at Leicester. In the 92nd minute, Cesar Azpilicueta headed in an equalizer to the delight of the home crowd. And just a minute later, Marcos Alonso completed the turnaround with a superb finish.

The dramatic victory sparked wild celebrations on and off the pitch. Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel hailed his team's fighting spirit and resilience, while Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers admitted to being "gutted" but proud of his players.

With their FA Cup hopes alive, Chelsea will now turn their attention to the Premier League, where they remain in contention for the title.
